Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All mar'ray products are handmade in small batches. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Please check back or sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
